Return Policy

At AMERICAN VEGA, we take pride in delivering garments that reflect The Signature of Modern Luxury. We accept returns only if you received the wrong size, the wrong product, or if the item arrived damaged. If the mistake was not your fault, AMERICAN VEGA will cover the return shipping cost once our agent receives the item.

Customised items are not returnable.

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct one at no extra charge.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Wrong items, or defective items only.
  2. Must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  4. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please note: If the product gets damaged during return shipping, this policy will no longer apply.

If you simply do not like the item, you may request an exchange instead.

Customised Items

At AMERICAN VEGA, we create custom garments tailored to your unique preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customised items.

Once an order is placed and customization details are confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. We encourage our customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

In the rare event of a defect or error on our part, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from AMERICAN VEGA! However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer hassle-free exchanges.

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • An exchange fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

Requirements for Exchange:

  • A packing video before pickup is required.
  • An unpacking video upon receipt is required.
  • Product must be in its original state with tags and packaging intact.
