WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before dispatch.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Within India: Orders ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, or Xpressbees.
    Average delivery: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: Your package will be shipped by the most suitable carrier from our fulfillment centers.
    Average delivery: 8–15 business days

⚠️ Note: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, weather events, customs, etc.). We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as these are managed by shipping partners.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes — all orders include tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

  • If your order is shipped from multiple locations, items may arrive separately.
  • You can check your tracking ID by clicking the link in your email, or visit our Tracking Page to track by order ID or AWB number.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.
  • If your order has already shipped, contact us at support@americanvega.com with “CANCEL” + your Order ID in the subject line.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS — WHAT CAN I DO?

If you made a mistake with your address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at americanvega01@gmail.com with the correct details within 24 hours to ensure proper delivery.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your item arrives damaged (rare, but possible), please email us:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item

Once received, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
